Because our products are health-related consumables, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not require customers to return the product in order to receive a refund.

You may keep, donate, or dispose of the product as you prefer — we will not ask you to send it back, as return shipping costs are high and unnecessary.

2. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will talk about the issue and a full refund.

3. Exchanges

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and help resolve the issue as best we can.
